1. Who We Are

Bio Alquemie ["we," "us," "our"] operates two digital properties:

  • bioalquemie.com — Our main website and e-commerce store [hosted on Wix], where you can browse and purchase wellness products and frequency sessions.

  • vault.bioalquemie.com — Our private web application ["Sacred Sound Vault"] for streaming meditation and frequency content.

2. Information We Collect

On the Website [bioalquemie.com]:

  • Information you provide when placing an order [name, email, shipping address, payment details] — processed through our e-commerce provider Wix.

  • Contact form submissions [name, email, message].

On the Sacred Sound Vault App [vault.bioalquemie.com]:

  • Your email address and a securely hashed password when you register for an account. We do not collect payment information in the app — purchases are handled through our Wix storefront.

  • App Usage & Play Data: We track your listening habits, session play counts, and overall app engagement to identify active users and improve our services.

  • Security & Device Data: We log IP addresses and request frequencies to monitor for suspicious activity and prevent unauthorized access or spam.

  • Redemption Data: Records of any promotional or access codes you redeem within the application.

Information We Do NOT Collect:

We do not purchase or rent email lists. We do not collect email addresses passively or through third-party data brokers. Every email address in our system was provided directly by the account holder during voluntary registration or checkout.

3. How We Use Your Data & Email Communications

We use hello@bioalquemie.com as our sole email address for both marketing and application security, but these functions operate independently with separate opt-outs:

  • Transactional & Security Emails: Your email address is used within the Sacred Sound Vault application to send necessary security codes, such as Account Verification [Double Opt-in] and Password Resets. Because these are essential for account access, you cannot opt out of them while maintaining an active account.

  • Marketing & Promotions: We use your app usage and play data to identify our most active users. We may use this data to send targeted marketing, promotional offers, or exclusive discounts to you. These marketing emails are managed separately through our Wix e-commerce platform. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of those messages, without affecting your access to the app.

4. Email Infrastructure & Security Measures

  • SMTP Routing: Our application sends transactional security emails using Google Workspace SMTP authenticated through our primary hello@bioalquemie.com domain.

  • Rate Limiting & IP Tracking: To protect your account and our systems, we monitor IP addresses and the frequency of login or password reset attempts. Exceeding permitted limits will result in temporary, automated lockouts [e.g., 1 hour or 24 hours] from the authentication system.

  • Bounce & Suppression: We actively monitor email delivery. If an email to your address results in a hard bounce [undeliverable] or a spam complaint, your address is immediately added to our internal suppression list to preserve our sender reputation, and no further emails will be sent to it.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third-party marketing or advertising networks. We share your information only with:

  • Amazon Web Services [AWS]: Our cloud infrastructure provider, which hosts our application backend and database.

  • Wix & Google Workspace: Our e-commerce, website, and email platforms. Automated Order Fulfillment: When you make a purchase on bioalquemie.com, Wix automatically transmits your order details [email and purchased items] via secure webhooks to our Vault application servers so your digital content can be instantly unlocked.

  • Internal Support: Authorized BioAlquemie administrators have access to an internal dashboard where they can view your play statistics, order history, and access entitlements strictly for the purpose of providing customer support and resolving account issues.

  • Law Enforcement: If required by law, valid court order, or legal process.

6. Data Security & Retention

  • Passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plaintext. All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption.

  • Order History & Entitlement Preservation: If you request to delete your account, we will delete your authentication credentials. However, we permanently retain your order history, transaction receipts, and the digital entitlements linked to your email address. This ensures that if you accidentally delete your account and choose to register again in the future using the exact same email address, you will not have to repurchase your previously unlocked digital tracks.

7. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate personal data.

  • Delete your account by contacting us manually at hello@bioalquemie.com. [Note: Deletion removes your login access, but order history is preserved as outlined in Section 6].

8. Cookies, Tracking & Local Storage

  • bioalquemie.com [Wix Website]: Uses cookies as managed by Wix for site functionality, analytics, and e-commerce.

  • vault.bioalquemie.com [App]: Uses essential local storage for your authentication session. We also monitor your interactions with the audio player on the server-side to gather play data.

  • Local Audio Caching: To provide a seamless, buffer-free listening experience, our application temporarily downloads and stores audio files directly in your device’s memory [RAM] while you are actively logged in. This data is used strictly for media playback performance and is cleared automatically when you log out or close the session.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or register an account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

 

Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bioalquemie.com, vault.bioalquemie.com [the "Sacred Sound Vault"], or any related services [collectively, the "Services"], you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or create an account.

3. Account Responsibilities & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Rate Limiting: We employ automated security measures, including IP rate-limiting, to protect against excessive login or password reset attempts. You may be temporarily locked out of your account if you exceed permitted request limits.

  • Account Deletion & Entitlement Restoration: You may request account deletion by emailing hello@bioalquemie.com. If your account is deleted, your login access is removed. However, our system directly links your access entitlements to your permanent order history and receipts. If you create a new account using the exact same email address, your previously purchased digital content will be restored automatically.

4. Digital Access & Support

Our system is designed to automatically link your storefront purchases to your Vault account. However, we understand that network delays or server discrepancies can occasionally prevent a track from unlocking properly. If you experience any issues accessing your content, or if a transfer of entitlements did not go through, please email us at hello@bioalquemie.com. We have built specialized manual tools for our support team to investigate discrepancies and directly grant you the entitlements you purchased so you never lose out on your access. While our intention is for your digital access to remain permanent and uninterrupted, we must maintain the integrity of our platform. Therefore, we reserve the right to manually revoke content entitlements or suspend accounts at our sole discretion, primarily in rare cases involving hackers, botting, severe abuse of the service, or direct violations of these Terms. Normal users utilizing the app as intended will not be affected by these security measures.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The audio frequencies, meditation tracks, guided breathing exercises, and visualizers provided through the Sacred Sound Vault are designed for general wellness, relaxation, and personal entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental disease or medical condition. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. Do not listen to frequency sessions while driving or operating heavy machinery.

6. Products & Services

All products and services are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products, services, or samples you purchase or receive from us.

  • Secure Streaming: Digital content provided through the Sacred Sound Vault is delivered via secure, temporary audio streams and temporary local memory caches. Attempting to bypass these security measures to rip, download, or capture the raw audio files is strictly prohibited.

  • Redemption Codes: From time to time, we may issue promotional codes or manual access codes. These codes are strictly for single, personal use, are tied to your specific account upon redemption, and may not be sold or transferred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bioalquemie.com and vault.bioalquemie.com is the property of BioAlquemie or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and stream content for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Services without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools [bots, scrapers] to mine content or brute-force logins, or harass other users.

9. Copyright Infringement Notices [DMCA]

If you believe copyrighted materials have been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to hello@bioalquemie.com containing the required legal descriptions and signatures.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOALQUEMIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS [$100.00].

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Maricopa County, Arizona. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, waiving any right to participate in a class action.
